How Trikon Began
From Earthquake to Empowerment
Trikon was co-founded by Madhav Raj Gautam and Bikash Sangroula in 2015, inspired by the devastation caused by the Gorkha Earthquake. Traveling across Nepal, we witnessed how many buildings collapsed due to a lack of proper engineering practices. This motivated us to bring safe, professional, and affordable construction to homeowners.
After contributing to major reconstruction projects under DFID and JICA, we gained valuable experience in building resilient structures. Later, we expanded our expertise in Qatar, one of the world’s leading construction hubs, where we worked for 4 years in building design and construction.
Though the idea of starting our own company was born long before, we officially registered Trikon Design and Construction in 2021 to turn that vision into reality here in Nepal.
